Rewards Consultant (VP Level) – Regional HR Project

About the role

Lead a high‑impact regional HR transformation for a leading financial institution, overseeing the design and rollout of a new compensation system across APAC.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the end‑to‑end annual compensation review project for the APAC region.
• Manage project timelines, milestones, risks and stakeholder communications.
• Design, configure and implement compensation processes within the HR system.
• Oversee User Acceptance Testing, system validation and continuous process improvement.
• Align compensation policies with regional compliance requirements in partnership with HR teams.
• Coordinate vendor relationships and system enhancement reporting.
• Support HRIS integration and future HR technology transformation initiatives.
• Develop dashboards, reports and governance frameworks to meet business needs.
• Lead change‑management activities to ensure adoption across multiple countries.

Required profile

• Senior HR professional with proven experience in compensation and rewards projects.
• Strong project‑management background, including risk and stakeholder management.
• Experience working with regional HR teams and senior business partners.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives across several APAC markets.
