Senior Advisory Solution Consultant - CRM & Industry Workflows

About the role

ServiceNow is hiring a Senior Advisory Solution Consultant for its CRM & Industry Workflows team in Singapore. The consultant helps customers understand what is possible with ServiceNow, guides revenue for one of its products with the support of Sales, Product Management and the executive team, and acts as a hands-on technical consultant who can go wide and deep on solution delivery and positioning during sales cycles.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, position and deliver product-specific solutions during sales cycles while supporting quarterly and annual sales goals for an assigned territory
• Act as a technical and domain expert for a client-facing sales team pursuing customers across multiple industry markets
• Lead discovery workshops to uncover customer challenges and give product demonstrations aligned to customer needs
• Build client partner relationships and guide strategic programs in top accounts, such as customer journey sessions for roadmap and outcome agreements
• Give product management feedback on enhancements that address customer needs
• Share and learn best practices and reusable assets with other Solution Consultants
• Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation
• Support marketing events including executive briefings, conferences, user groups and trade shows

Required profile

• 10+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience
• Experience thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making or problem-solving, such as using AI-powered tools, automating workflows or analysing AI-driven insights
• Collaborative experience with product management, product marketing, partners and professional services
• Territory management skills, including pipeline building and working with Sales to drive execution excellence
• Willingness to travel as necessary
