Senior Associate - People Consulting

About the role

People Consulting at EY shapes and delivers the people‑focused part of business strategy. As a Senior Associate you will work with global clients to address complex workforce challenges and help drive sustainable business results across Singapore and the region.

Key responsibilities

• Support the design and delivery of workforce strategy, planning and transformation engagements.
• Conduct workforce assessments and analyse data to identify talent gaps, risks and future capability needs.
• Assist clients in developing data‑driven workforce solutions that attract, retain and develop critical talent.
• Contribute to organisational transformation initiatives, including operating model changes and HR process improvements.
• Help design reward frameworks and governance models aligned with business strategy.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in workforce strategy, talent optimisation, HR transformation or related consulting.
• Ability to work with leading organisations and translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Strong analytical mindset and interest in people‑centric business outcomes.
