Senior Construction Foreman – Singapore

About the role

The Senior Construction Foreman will lead systematic inspections and maintenance of all construction equipment across Singapore, ensuring optimal performance and safety compliance. This senior‑executive position reports to senior management and oversees a dedicated crew of technicians.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections of heavy machinery, vehicles and tools to identify wear and tear.
• Develop and execute a proactive preventive maintenance schedule to avoid breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan.
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical, hydraulic and electrical issues and direct the repair process.
• Ensure all equipment meets safety standards and maintain accurate inspection logs for regulatory compliance.
• Manage a crew of technicians/mechanics, providing technical guidance and performance feedback.
• Monitor spare‑parts inventory and coordinate with vendors for necessary supplies.

Required profile

• Senior Executive level with extensive experience in construction equipment maintenance.
• Proven ability to lead and supervise a crew of technicians/mechanics.
