Senior Cyber Defence & Resilience Consultant (Offsec)

About the role

Deloitte is looking for a Senior Consultant to strengthen our Cyber Defence & Resilience practice in Singapore. You will lead penetration testing engagements, identify vulnerabilities across a range of technologies, and help clients improve their security posture.

Key responsibilities

• Assess systems, networks, and applications for security weaknesses.
• Simulate real‑world cyber attacks and document findings.
• Develop and execute penetration testing methodologies for software, web, mobile, network and thick‑client environments.
• Prepare detailed reports with actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with IT and client teams to enhance security policies and procedures.
• Stay current with emerging threats, tools, and techniques.
• Provide security awareness training to staff.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with proven experience in offensive security and penetration testing.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to communicate technical findings clearly.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities and a collaborative approach.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on cybersecurity trends.

Required skills

• Penetration testing (software, web applications, web services, network, mobile, thick client).
• Vulnerability assessment and exploitation.
