Senior Executive Assistant – HR Shared Services

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Executive Assistant to support the HR Shared Services team in delivering consistent, accurate and timely HR services, with a focus on onboarding and off‑boarding activities.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Manager and Team Lead in reviewing, developing and implementing HR policies, plans, processes and programmes.
• Work closely with Institution HR Business Partners and staff to provide value‑added HR services and support.
• Administer and execute HR processes related to employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Support and enhance the on‑site experience for new hires and leavers throughout the onboarding and offboarding process.
• Ensure HR services are delivered in accordance with NUHS policies and relevant legislative requirements.
• Perform HR activities in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Maintain accurate HR records and systems in accordance with established procedures and team standards.
• Handle HR‑related information with a high level of confidentiality and accuracy.

Required profile

• Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably within the healthcare sector.
• Ability to manage high‑volume HR activities and handle confidential information professionally.
• Comfortable working under tight deadlines and adapting to changing priorities.
