Senior Executive – Events & Operations for Indoor Attractions

About the role

Mandai Wildlife Group is seeking a Senior Executive to lead events and operations for its indoor attractions and experiences. The role ensures safe, efficient, and memorable guest experiences while supporting the group’s rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve.

Key responsibilities

• Write, review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Risk Assessments to meet industry standards and internal policies.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding and training of team members, and manage manpower planning and performance reviews.
• Oversee day‑to‑day attraction operations, including queue and crowd management, cleanliness, show quality, ticketing and cash handling.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards and company policies.
• Handle incident communication, guest feedback and service recovery on the ground.
• Identify and implement improvements for business growth, attraction enhancements, safety, guest experience and operational efficiency.
• Generate reports, perform data analysis and support wildlife management initiatives.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably with leadership and project‑management exposure.
• Experience in attractions or similar hospitality environments is an advantage.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Service‑driven, courteous and confident demeanor.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
