Senior Financial Analyst – FP&A International

About the role

The Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A International supports international finance leadership through high‑quality financial planning, analysis and reporting. Based in Singapore, the role will be part of DePuy Synthes – the upcoming standalone orthopaedics company – and will provide financial insight for the global business.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, consolidate and maintain financial forecasts, budgets and long‑term plans for international operations.
• Perform variance analysis, develop commentary and present results to senior stakeholders.
• Support business cases, investment decisions and strategic initiatives with robust financial modeling.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment of financial targets and operational execution.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to the separation process and transition to DePuy Synthes employment frameworks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Several years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis within a multinational environment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and influence cross‑functional partners.
• Familiarity with GAAP/IFRS and corporate finance processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP or financial reporting systems.
