Senior Financial Consultant – Mid‑Career Transition

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Financial Consultant to join Polaris Advisory Branch 1, part of Professional Investment Advisory Services (PIAS), to help mature professionals transition into wealth‑management advisory. The role focuses on providing retirement and investment planning to high‑net‑worth clients in Singapore’s fast‑growing wealth management market.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personalised financial advice and retirement planning to individual and family clients.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships based on trust and professional integrity.
• Collaborate with senior mentors to develop client portfolios and meet regulatory standards.
• Participate in continuous training, certification, and performance reviews.
• Contribute to business development by identifying client needs and cross‑selling appropriate solutions.

Required profile

• Mid‑career professional with 5+ years of experience in any non‑finance sector (sales, operations, client service, etc.).
• Strong communication, listening and problem‑solving abilities.
• Demonstrated maturity, ethical standards and a client‑centric mindset.
• Willingness to obtain relevant financial certifications (e.g., CFP).

Required skills

• Ability to analyse financial information and present recommendations clearly.
