Senior Manager, Pricing

About the role

As the Senior Manager, Pricing Strategy, you will define and execute pricing strategies across key APAC and EU markets, managing fee structures that affect millions of users. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to maximise business value while shaping Delivery Hero’s price perception.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute pricing strategy for a cluster of APAC & EU markets, supporting target setting and P&L achievement for customer fee lines.
• Identify, test, and scale initiatives to capture customer willingness to pay while maintaining a fair, competitive market perception.
• Build and align the regional pricing experimentation roadmap across local markets and cross‑functional teams.
• Drive innovative pricing initiatives, including AI and automation integration, to improve strategy, operations, and tooling.
• Provide regional operational insights to global product teams to ensure scalable, region‑aligned solutions.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in pricing, commercial analytics, top‑tier management consulting, or a related quantitative field.
• Strong problem‑solving capabilities with hands‑on proficiency in SQL and Python/R.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills in complex, matrixed organisations.
• Proactive, data‑analytics mindset with a proven track record of tackling complex strategic challenges autonomously.
