Senior Sales Manager - Events & Groups

About the role

Pullman Singapore Orchard, a 5-star hotel by Accor, is looking for a Senior Sales Manager to drive revenue through group room bookings, meetings, social events and corporate functions. The role covers the full sales cycle from inquiry to conversion, coordinates with internal departments and keeps event details accurate.

Key responsibilities

• Manage residential events requiring both guestrooms and function spaces, and coordinate function space bookings to optimise space use
• Respond to enquiries about group accommodation, meeting rooms and event spaces, and visit potential accounts
• Prepare proposals, contracts, rooming lists, group resumes and banquet event orders (BEOs); conduct weekly BEO meetings with Culinary and Banquet Operations
• Ensure function spaces and F&B are ready to client specification before each event, and keep event documentation accurate
• Manage room blocks and rooming lists, prepare monthly event forecasts and R&B sales reports
• Update client records in the CRM system, follow up payments with Finance, and build relationships with corporate clients, event organisers and social clients
• Run in-house promotions, hotel show rounds and take part in restaurant service during peak hours; promote the Accor Loyalty programme and dining offers
• Monitor market trends and competitors to find new business opportunities

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree
• 3 years' experience in food and beverage, events/sales, guest services, group accommodation or a related field; multiple disciplines preferred
• Proven track record of championing new concepts, strong problem-solving and organisational skills
