Procurement Performance & Reporting Intern, MEA APAC

About the role

Accor, a global hospitality group with over 5,500 hotels, 10,000 restaurants and lifestyle destinations in 110 countries, is looking for a Procurement Performance & Reporting Intern for its MEA APAC region. The internship supports the development and maintenance of procurement dashboards, KPIs and reporting frameworks, and involves analysing data to support strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and maintenance of procurement performance dashboards, KPIs and reporting frameworks across the MEA APAC region.
• Analyse procurement, financial and operational data to identify trends, improve visibility and support strategic decision-making.
• Assist with governance and compliance initiatives by monitoring procurement processes, documentation and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders to prepare reports, presentations and insights for business reviews and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Data Analytics, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset, able to interpret data, spot trends and turn findings into actionable insights.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills, able to manage several projects and stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, proactive and comfortable in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with reporting tools, dashboards or data visualisation platforms is an advantage.
