Executive Office & Operations Intern, Asia 2027

About the role

Accor, a global hospitality group with over 5,500 hotels, 10,000 restaurants and lifestyle destinations in 110 countries, is looking for an Executive Office & Operations Intern for its Asia region in 2027. The internship is based in Singapore and supports the Executive Office in coordinating regional leadership initiatives and assisting with cross-functional projects such as hotel openings.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate regional leadership initiatives, prepare presentations, executive summaries and briefing materials
• Assist with cross-functional projects, including hotel openings, by tracking timelines, deliverables and stakeholder communications
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis and trend monitoring to support strategy and innovation
• Analyse performance data and operational KPIs and share insights through dashboards and reports

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality Management, Business or a related discipline
• Passion for hospitality, operations and business strategy
• Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
