Food & Beverage Intern, Asia & Pacific 2027

About the role

Accor, a group of over 5,500 hotels, 10,000 restaurants and lifestyle destinations in 110 countries, is looking for a Food & Beverage intern for its Asia & Pacific region. The intern supports the development of regional F&B strategies and coordinates regional projects, working in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development of regional Food & Beverage strategies through market research, competitive analysis and business insights.
• Coordinate regional F&B projects, including restaurant concepts, menu innovation, sustainability programs and stakeholder engagement.
• Analyse performance metrics, prepare reports and presentations, and provide recommendations to support decision-making.
• Research emerging consumer trends, sustainability practices and technology innovations to enhance guest experiences across the region.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality, Business, Culinary Arts or a related discipline.
• Strong passion for food, beverage and the hospitality industry.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Required skills

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
