Senior Technical Executive (Military camp)

About the role

The Senior Technical Executive will oversee day‑to‑day operations and maintenance of a military camp facility, ensuring all building, mechanical and electrical systems run smoothly and meet contractual KPIs and SLAs.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Facilities Management team in maintaining the assigned facility.
• Ensure timely maintenance of building, M&E, cleaning, horticultural and landscaping works.
• Supervise subcontractors, service providers and technicians, issue work orders and conduct audits.
• Coordinate work requests from clients and maintain supporting documentation.
• Use FM software for preventive/corrective maintenance, cost tracking and reporting.
• Prepare cost estimates, review subcontractor quotations and manage maintenance budgets.
• Conduct routine inspections, site audits and condition assessments.
• Respond to emergency maintenance issues and standby call‑outs.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Facilities Management, Building Services, Engineering, Estate Management or related field.
• 2‑5 years of experience in facilities, property or building maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of building maintenance operations, M&E systems and contractor management.
• Experience with CMMS or FM software.
• Excellent coordination, communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment and perform standby duties.
