Service Manager – Field Service (SG & VN)

About the role

The Field Service Manager leads a team of field service engineers across Singapore and Vietnam, ensuring high‑quality service delivery, operational efficiency, and strong customer satisfaction for our Lab Water solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee job scheduling, deployment and performance of field service teams.
• Meet service revenue targets and support consumables business alongside digital and inside sales.
• Ensure service delivery exceeds customer expectations and manage escalations for complex issues.
• Recruit, train and develop field service staff as needed.
• Monitor and analyse KPIs such as NPS, response time, contract compliance and customer feedback.
• Implement process improvements and digital tools to increase efficiency.
• Collaborate with sales, product and support teams to align service with business goals.
• Manage budgets, resources and vendor relationships, ensuring safety, regulatory and quality compliance.
• Lead audits and maintain ISO certification requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years managing field service operations and teams.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience with service management systems and data analytics.
• Ability to work across cultures and manage remote/dispersed teams.
• Willingness to travel as required.
