Strategic Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Strategic Marketing Specialist to join our team in Singapore. The role will focus on developing sales and profit plans, sourcing materials, and executing marketing initiatives that support our business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop annual sales and gross profit plans by implementing effective marketing strategies and analysing market trends and sales results.
• Design and execute a materials sourcing strategy that aligns with business goals for the assigned area.
• Source seasonal design requirements from suitable vendors and provide creative sourcing solutions when requests fall outside existing strategies.
• Establish sales objectives by forecasting annual quotas, projecting sales volume and profitability for existing and new products.
• Implement national sales programmes through field sales action plans.
• Monitor competitors and aspirational brands to understand market positioning, trends, fabric developments, and pricing levels.
• Maintain accurate data on partners, accounts, and sales activities, documenting customer interactions.
• Prepare and submit sales, market, and performance reports as required.
