Talent Acquisition Specialist – Fast‑Growing AI Agent Company

About the role

We’re looking for a versatile, hands‑on recruiter to support hiring across both technical and non‑technical roles as we scale quickly. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers and need to switch comfortably between very different searches.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruiting across technical and non‑technical roles, from sourcing to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and design sourcing strategies.
• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, job boards and direct outreach.
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews, keeping the process fast and candidate‑friendly.
• Help build and refine recruiting processes as the team grows.
• Track talent market trends and competitor hiring.

Required profile

• 1‑5 years of in‑house recruiting experience at a major internet or tech company (e.g., ByteDance/TikTok, Alibaba, Tencent, Meituan).
• Experience recruiting both technical and non‑technical roles, not limited to one specialization.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
