About the role

We are looking for a temporary Clinic Assistant to support a busy outpatient clinic for a six‑month period. The role offers flexible weekday hours and an hourly rate of up to SGD 15, ideal for fresh graduates or entry‑level candidates interested in healthcare administration.

Key responsibilities

• Register patients and schedule appointments using the clinic’s system.
• Assist doctors in the consultation room with paperwork and basic clinical tasks.
• Dispense medication under supervision and ensure proper documentation.
• Collect payments and issue receipts.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties such as inventory checks and filing.

Required profile

• Fresh or entry‑level candidate with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude toward patients.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and maintain confidentiality.
• Availability to work the specified weekday schedule.
