Urgent 3‑Month Accountant (Full Sets) – Up to $5,000

About the role

We are seeking an urgent, junior‑level accountant for a three‑month contract to manage full‑set accounting functions for our client in Singapore. The role involves handling both accounts receivable and payable, ensuring accurate financial records, and supporting month‑end and tax processes.

Key responsibilities

• Check and verify daily accounts receivable, settle AR and update invoices in the financial system.
• Process accounts payable requests, input data accurately, and perform AP settlements.
• Maintain bank and cash records, perform weekly bank balance reports and monthly reconciliations.
• Manage fixed‑asset registers and inter‑company transactions.
• Prepare cash‑flow statements and assist with monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting.
• Handle quarterly GST e‑filing and payroll management.

Required profile

• Junior executive level with experience in full‑set accounting.
• Ability to work accurately under tight deadlines for a short‑term contract.
• Familiarity with Singapore financial regulations, GST filing and payroll processes.
