Valuation Manager – Deals Advisory

About the role

PwC is seeking a Valuation Manager to lead valuation engagements across financial reporting, M&A, restructuring, and dispute resolution. You will act as a trusted advisor, delivering technical accounting and valuation advice while supporting business development initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead valuation engagements for a variety of strategic purposes, ensuring compliance with IFRS, US GAAP, and other reporting standards.
• Provide technical accounting and valuation advice to clients, reviewing models, assumptions, and reports for accuracy.
• Manage client relationships, understand business needs, and serve as a trusted advisor on valuation matters.
• Oversee project teams, mentor junior staff, and ensure high‑quality delivery.
• Support business development through proposal preparation, client presentations, and identifying new opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 6‑8 years of experience in Valuation, Transaction Services, Corporate Finance, or Audit.
• Strong knowledge of valuation methodologies and accounting standards (IFRS and/or US GAAP).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
