Associate – Regulatory Reporting (Trade Level) – Singapore

About the role

We’re looking for a professional individual who wants to apply their financial‑market knowledge and deepen their understanding of a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape. The Asia Regulatory Transaction Reporting team seeks an experienced associate to lead trade‑level transaction reporting across Japan and other Asian jurisdictions, working closely with business, compliance, legal, engineering and operations partners.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with middle‑office, sales, internal clients and external regulators to meet requirements across 50+ reports.
• Evaluate and escalate risk items to protect the firm.
• Ensure manual processes are performed with care and innovate to automate or eliminate them where possible.
• Partner with Technology to improve scalability and process efficiency.
• Test and implement rule changes impacting reporting processes.
• Develop deeper understanding of complex transactions and support new business initiatives.
• Contribute to regulatory change, system enhancements, issue remediation and control improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years of experience in financial services, preferably in regulatory reporting, operations or compliance.
• Experience with financial products, data, operating processes and regulatory requirements.
