Account Executive, Agentforce & Data Cloud

About the role

Salesforce is seeking an Account Executive to champion its Agentforce and Data Cloud solutions. You will work within the Agentforce and Data 360 specialist selling team, helping customers leverage AI‑driven engagement and real‑time analytics to transform their business.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and position Agentforce and Data 360 opportunities with existing and new customers.
• Conduct deep technical discovery sessions to map complex business problems to Salesforce’s AI and data solutions.
• Collaborate with the broader Salesforce sales organization to drive growth and ensure a seamless client experience.
• Develop and present compelling Points of View that illustrate the tangible value of Agentforce and Data 360.

Required profile

• Proven experience in enterprise B2B technical sales, consistently exceeding targets.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, agent platforms, and how to integrate them via APIs and automation.
• Deep knowledge of modern cloud data ecosystems, including CDPs, data lakes, and platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, and BigQuery.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to translate technical solutions into business outcomes.
