Account Executive

About the role

The Account Executive will report to the Senior Accountant and support the company’s Accounts Payable, expense and cash‑flow functions. This role involves processing supplier invoices, managing payments, and ensuring sufficient funds for operations.

Key responsibilities

• Process invoices and prepare payments to suppliers.
• Enter accounting data into the ERP system.
• Liaise with suppliers to resolve invoice or payment issues.
• Perform period‑end closing activities and maintain monthly audit schedules.
• Manage fixed assets, perform reconciliations, and plan cash‑flow.
• Undertake ad‑hoc finance‑related projects as assigned.

Required profile

• Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent (fresh graduates welcome).
• At least 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable (preferred).
• Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably CSI.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Team player with good communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective time‑management and ability to work independently to meet deadlines.
• Meticulous attention to detail.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel – formulas and PivotTables.
• ERP (CSI) usage.
