Account Manager – Brand Activation & Events

About the role

The Account Manager will join INX, a brand experience agency, to lead client accounts for brand activation and event campaigns across the Asia‑Pacific region. Working in a hybrid model from Singapore, you will act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with brand objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple client accounts, serving as the main point of contact.
• Oversee brand activation and event campaigns from concept to execution.
• Coordinate with creative, production, and operations teams to align deliverables.
• Prepare proposals, budgets, and detailed project timelines.
• Monitor project progress, track performance metrics, and provide regular status updates to clients.
• Support strategic planning and contribute to pitch presentations.
• Maintain accurate documentation and project records.

Required profile

• Strong client‑management and relationship‑building abilities.
• Experience handling multiple accounts or projects in a fast‑paced agency or marketing environment.
• Knowledge of brand activation, experiential marketing, or event management, including logistics and onsite execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional regional language skills are a plus.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, proactive, with solid problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management capabilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic project‑management practices such as budgeting, timeline management, and reporting.
• Familiarity with common productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
