Account Manager - Commercial & Industrial Sectors

About the role

Iron Mountain, a provider of records and information management, digital transformation, data center, asset lifecycle and fine art storage solutions, is hiring a strategic, commercially driven Account Manager for its Sales team in Singapore. The role targets enterprise, logistics, pharmaceutical and manufacturing clients and acts as a trusted advisor on physical, digital and asset disposition solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a high-value portfolio of commercial and industrial accounts across Singapore to meet revenue targets.
• Identify, target and convert prospective enterprise clients in supply chain, pharmaceutical and aerospace.
• Lead full-cycle sales, from discovery and solution mapping through contract negotiation to deal closure.
• Work with operations, legal, pricing and BPO teams to build viable proposals.

Required profile

• 3-4 years of direct B2B sales or account management experience, ideally in logistics, pharmaceutical, aerospace or manufacturing.
• Proven ability to manage enterprise account pipelines, negotiate complex contracts and win new logos in regulated markets.

Required skills

• Knowledge of complex supply chain workflows, corporate procurement and compliance standards such as ISO and GMP.
• Consultative sales expertise in information management, BPO services, digitisation or IT Asset Disposition (ITAD).
