Account Manager – ERP Solutions (Singapore)

About the role

We are seeking a high‑performing Account Manager to own the Singapore market for our ERP solutions. You will act as the bridge between Singaporean clients, our Vietnam development team, and the Japanese headquarters, driving aggressive local growth while managing complex, cross‑border deals.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high customer retention.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Singapore ERP market.
• Schedule and lead meetings to present product updates and gather client feedback.
• Collaborate with in‑house business analysts and functional consultants to design solutions for new client requirements.
• Respond to quotation requests and support business and grant proposals.
• Upsell and cross‑sell additional products to existing accounts.
• Achieve agreed‑upon account performance KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records in the internal CRM system.

Required profile

• Singapore citizen or Permanent Resident.
• Degree preferred but not mandatory; fresh graduates are welcome.
• At least 2 years of sales experience for candidates with prior work history.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a passion for service excellence.
• Understanding of customer retention and account management principles.
• Strong listening, presentation, communication and written skills.
