About the role
As an Account Manager at Givaudan in Singapore, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of lower‑complexity accounts, driving customer satisfaction, retention and revenue growth across the Asia‑Pacific region.
Key responsibilities
- Grow Givaudan's business by managing revenue and cost for assigned accounts.
- Develop and execute account strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Apply Givaudan pricing guidelines, negotiate credit, pricing and rebate terms with senior support.
- Build strong relationships, monitor customer behavior and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Support the transition of projects from scale‑up to production.
- Track the Annual Development Plan (ADP) and ensure sales activities meet schedule and success criteria.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Technical and Operations teams to meet customer expectations.
- Prepare and deliver internal and customer presentations communicating Givaudan’s value proposition.
Required profile
- University degree.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in account management or sales.
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating across functions.
