Account Manager – Pharmaceutical

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Account Manager to join a leading global pharmaceutical company in Singapore. You will be responsible for driving portfolio growth and building strong partnerships with key healthcare stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Drive business growth across assigned accounts and achieve sales objectives.
• Develop and execute strategic account and territory plans.
• Identify key decision‑makers, business opportunities, access barriers, and customer needs.
• Build trusted relationships with specialists, nurses, pharmacists, clinic managers, and other healthcare stakeholders.
• Deliver high‑quality product discussions tailored to HCP needs and patient journeys.
• Stay updated on relevant clinical data, treatment guidelines, and market developments.
• Collaborate with Medical, Marketing, Market Access, and other cross‑functional teams.
• Share customer and market insights to support portfolio strategy and execution.

Required profile

• Degree in Pharmacy, Biomedical Science, Life Sciences, or another healthcare‑related discipline.
• At least four years of experience in an MNC environment, including a minimum of two years within healthcare.
• Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales, account management, or customer engagement.
• Strong track record of achieving sales results.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship‑building skills.
• Strong business acumen, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration capabilities.
• Agile, resourceful, and comfortable using digital engagement tools.
