Account Manager - Strategic Accounts

About the role

Logicalis Asia Pacific, an AI-driven technology integrator, is looking for an Account Manager to grow and manage strategic accounts and generate services revenue. The role covers understanding customers' business needs, identifying sales opportunities, recommending IT solutions and building relationships with key stakeholders across business units. It also includes supporting tender and bid submissions and working with internal teams to develop competitive solutions. Candidates with fewer years of experience will be considered.

Key responsibilities

• Generate services revenue and profits through account coverage in strategic sectors
• Work on solutions-based selling, identify customer pain points and match them with appropriate solutions
• Analyse bids against competitors' offerings to prepare competitive proposals for submission
• Visit customers to explain the solutions offered
• Identify key stakeholders within accounts and extend the reach to other business units

Required profile

• Preferably 3 years or more of experience in IT
• Experience in the tender submission process (bid review, tabulation and submission)
• Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills
