Accountant, Finance (Consolidation)

About the role

We are seeking an Accountant specialized in Finance Consolidation to join our regional headquarters in Singapore. The role focuses on preparing consolidated group accounts, ensuring compliance with statutory and internal requirements, and supporting month‑end and year‑end closing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare consolidated group accounts in line with group accounting policies and statutory regulations.
• Perform bookkeeping for assigned entities, including journal postings in the accounting system.
• Own monthly accounting processes such as AR, AP, GL, recharges and payment processing.
• Support year‑end closing, statutory financial statements, GST and income‑tax filings.
• Respond to audit queries from external auditors and coordinate with service providers, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents and government authorities.
• Ensure compliance with finance and tax filing requirements, audits, procedures and internal forms.
• Assist with new corporate processes and system implementations.
• Carry out any other related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or CPA, CA Singapore, or ACCA certification.
• At least 2 years of consolidation experience, preferably from a Big 4 audit background.
• Strong knowledge of accounting consolidation principles and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Ability to manage large volumes of data and multiple systems.
• Detail‑oriented with strong documentation and organizational abilities.
• Proactive problem‑solver with good interpersonal and communication skills.
