Accountant – Full‑Spectrum Finance Role in Singapore

About the role

We are seeking an Accountant to join our Singapore team and take ownership of end‑to‑end accounting operations. You will be involved in everything from month‑end close and financial reporting to payroll, invoicing, audit support, and process improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain journals, general ledger, and perform balance‑sheet reconciliations.
• Execute month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end closing activities.
• Process payroll and contractor invoicing.
• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Prepare financial reports, conduct variance analysis, and support audits.
• Ensure tax and statutory reporting compliance for Singapore.
• Perform intercompany reconciliations and collaborate with regional stakeholders.
• Drive finance systems enhancements and process‑improvement projects.

Required profile

• ACC A or equivalent accounting qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting and finance experience.
• Hands‑on experience in full‑cycle accounting, payroll, AP/AR, and month‑end close.
• Knowledge of Singapore statutory and payroll requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Experience supporting multiple entities or countries is a plus.
