Shell Graduate Programme 2027 – Singapore

About the role

Shell is recruiting graduates for its 3-year programme in Singapore, covering the Commercial Track and the Trading Track. Intakes are scheduled for February and August 2027, with start dates varying by role. The programme combines on-the-job training, formal education, job rotations and personalised coaching to develop future leaders.

Required profile

• Graduated (Bachelor's, Master's or PhD) before the first day at Shell
• In the final year of study or with less than three years of relevant work experience
• Valid work authorization in Singapore
• Ability to absorb information, analyse problems, make objective decisions and generate original ideas
• Resilience, flexibility, collaboration and openness to alternative perspectives
