Accountant – Pre-Opening at DoubleTree by Hilton Singapore

About the role

Join the pre‑opening team of DoubleTree by Hilton Singapore Robertson Quay as an Accountant. You will support the finance function by handling income audit, receiving, and daily cash operations, ensuring a smooth financial start for the new hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and perform regular bank reconciliations.
• Maintain compliance with accounting policies, SOPs and ensure timely tax filings.
• Adjust general ledger accounts, post entries and keep supporting documentation up to date.
• Provide routine administrative finance support and assist senior accountants as required.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 1–2 years of accounting experience, preferably in the hospitality sector.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, analytical and able to meet deadlines.
• Fluent in English with strong cross‑department collaboration skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel.
• Experience with hotel systems such as OnQ, Check SCM, SUN, OPERA/OnQ PMS, MICROS, HRLINK.
