About the role
Rayfone Construction is seeking an Accounts Assistant to manage invoicing, payments and accounts receivable functions. The role supports daily finance operations and ensures accurate financial records.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and issue customer invoices accurately and timely.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging, follow up overdue accounts and communicate with customers.
- Process incoming payments in line with financial policies.
- Prepare sales invoices, receipts, statements of account and advanced payment schedules.
- Post supplier invoices, ensure timely payments and perform vendor & intercompany reconciliation.
- Contribute to quarterly GST filing and withholding tax submissions.
Required profile
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with accounting software.
