Accounts & Finance Assistant Manager (1‑Year Contract)

About the role

We are seeking an Accounts and Finance Assistant Manager on a 1‑year contract to oversee the full set of accounts and support business operations across Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Manage month‑end closing, general ledger maintenance, cash‑flow forecasting, financial reporting and drive process improvements.
• Prepare annual budgets, monitor budget versus actual performance and provide variance analysis to management.
• Oversee audit and tax matters, including statutory financial statements, external audits, GST filings, corporate tax coordination and group tax compliance.
• Handle corporate secretarial and regulatory requirements such as ACRA filings, statutory records, board resolutions and AGM documentation.
• Support business operations through new company set‑up, accounting system implementation, budgeting, GST registration and other ad‑hoc finance tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• 4 to 6 years of accounting experience (advantageous).

• Part‑time employment with a monthly salary range of SGD 4,500 – 6,000.
