About the role

This 1‑year contract position supports the Treasury and Disbursement functions of a fast‑growing Singapore‑based group. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure smooth cash flow, accurate payouts and robust process documentation.

Key responsibilities

Process payments, vendor and staff payouts, commissions and incentives.
Manage daily cash flow, set up provisions/accruals and perform balance‑sheet and bank reconciliations.
Maintain proper documentation of Treasury and Disbursement processes and controls.
Identify and implement workflow improvements to reduce control weaknesses and increase efficiency.
Support operational effectiveness and maintain related finance systems (e.g., insurance admin, sub‑ledger, expense categories).

Required profile

Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
Familiarity with key financial accounting and regulatory concepts related to Treasury.
