ACMV Engineer – Singapore

About the role

We are seeking an experienced ACMV Engineer to lead mechanical services projects in Singapore. The role involves supervising installation, ensuring compliance with design standards, and coordinating with contractors and authorities to deliver projects on time.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise subcontractors’ work against shop drawings, method statements, and material samples.
• Liaise with authorities, main contractors and clients to obtain approvals and resolve design issues.
• Review and align ACMV design drawings with local and international codes, Green Mark requirements and project specifications.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies across M&E, structural, architectural and interior design provisions.
• Manage project schedules, attend progress meetings and ensure timely execution.
• Study drawings and specifications for compliance and allocate tasks according to standard operating procedures.

Required profile

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in ACMV system installation within the construction industry (senior candidates preferred).
• Strong knowledge of local and international ACMV codes, Green Mark standards and hydronic/static calculations.
