About the role
The Admin Officer will support customers throughout the loan application process, ensuring accurate documentation and clear communication of loan terms. This junior‑level position is based in Singapore and offers a full‑time schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers with loan applications and guide them through each step.
- Verify and process customer information and supporting documents.
- Explain loan products, terms, conditions, fees and repayment procedures clearly.
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and in person.
