Aesthetic Consultant – Immediate Start

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Aesthetic Consultant to join our clinic network across Singapore. In this entry‑level position you will advise clients on body and facial treatments, ensure their satisfaction throughout the service journey, and support daily clinic operations.

Key responsibilities

• Recommend appropriate body and facial treatments following standard operating procedures.
• Provide consultations, suggest suitable products and schedule follow‑up appointments.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction during and after each treatment.
• Build and sustain strong rapport with clients and gather feedback for the Clinic Manager.
• Keep treatment rooms, clinic areas and equipment clean and well‑stocked.
• Prepare treatment products, replenish stock and manage towel supplies.
• Cover colleagues’ duties during manpower shortages and handle telephone inquiries when the Front‑Desk Executive is unavailable.
• Assist the Clinic Manager and Senior Therapist in delivering quality service and meeting client requirements.
• Contribute to sales growth by promoting products and services.

Required profile

• Fresh or entry‑level candidate with a customer‑service mindset.
• Ability to increase sales and revenue.
• IT literacy is preferred.

Required skills

• Basic IT skills (e.g., computer operation, email, and software usage).
