Aesthetic Therapist

About the role

We are looking for an Aesthetic Therapist to provide non‑invasive aesthetic treatments and personalised skin‑care recommendations. The role involves patient consultations, treatment preparation, after‑care, and occasional front‑counter and administrative support.

Key responsibilities

• Perform aesthetic treatments and procedures independently, including facials, HydroFacial and other non‑invasive procedures.
• Conduct skin analysis and recommend tailored treatment plans and packages.
• Provide professional consultations, promote the clinic’s products, services and treatment packages.
• Maintain accurate patient records, treatment notes and related documentation.
• Handle front‑counter duties such as phone answering, patient registration, appointment scheduling and reminders.
• Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, updating patient databases and arranging courier services.
• Ensure treatment rooms, equipment and aesthetic machines are clean, well‑maintained and report any faults promptly.

Required profile

• Relevant certification or training in beauty therapy, aesthetics or a related field.
• Experience performing facials and other non‑invasive aesthetic treatments; HydraFacial experience is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of skin‑care products, skin concerns and after‑care protocols.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills with a patient‑focused approach.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and follow hygiene and safety protocols.
