After Sales Engineer

About the role

The After Sales Engineer will work closely with the After Sales Manager to provide on‑site technical support for our equipment installed at customer sites. The role involves diagnosing faults, performing software upgrades, repairing electrical components and delivering specialised training to customer maintenance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Perform equipment diagnostics, software upgrades and repair activities on installed systems.
• Diagnose, repair or replace electrical components such as wiring harnesses, connectors, circuit boards, relays and fuses.
• Provide technical assistance and detailed guidance to customer maintenance teams, using electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Deliver training sessions on new electrical components, system operation and advanced troubleshooting techniques.
• Prepare comprehensive technical service reports covering fault codes, diagnostic steps and root‑cause analysis for warranty and quality teams.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and ensure all required diagnostic and testing tools are ready for each assignment.
• Track job progress, implement corrective actions and communicate effectively with clients, contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Junior‑level professional with a strong interest in electrical systems and after‑sales support.
• Ability to work independently on customer sites and manage multiple assignments.
• Good communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.
