After Sales Manager, APAC

About the role

A market-leading machine manufacturer is looking for an After Sales Manager (Services Sales Manager) to join its performance-driven team in Singapore. Reporting to the General Manager, the role covers after-sales services for services products such as punching and benching tools, service agreements, spare parts and retrofits. The position is permanent.

Key responsibilities

• Provide after-sales services for the organisation's services products, including punching and benching tools, service agreements, spare parts and retrofits.
• Coordinate closely with the Sales and Service staff in Singapore and the Regional Services Manager.
• Help achieve sales targets and raise market share.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the sales of service products for machine tools.
• Driven by numbers and able to build long-term relationships with clients.
• Class 3 driving licence, as travel around Singapore is required.
