About the role

Join Google Cloud’s Go‑To‑Market team in Singapore as an AI Customer Engineer focused on Banking and Financial Services. You will leverage Google’s cutting‑edge AI portfolio, including Gemini models and the Vertex AI platform, to help customers solve complex business challenges and accelerate adoption of cloud‑based AI solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive technical solutions for complex AI workloads, guiding customers from evaluation through production ramp‑up.
• Collaborate with sales, product marketing, and engineering teams to stay ahead of industry trends and influence product enhancements.
• Develop prototypes, proofs‑of‑concept, and demos that showcase specialized AI solutions on Google Cloud.
• Provide technical expertise during sales cycles, ensuring rapid and successful adoption of AI services.
• Gather customer feedback and relay it to product teams to shape future AI offerings.

Required profile

• Strong background in AI/ML concepts and experience delivering technical solutions to enterprise customers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to translate business requirements into practical cloud solutions.
• Ability to work closely with sales teams and influence technical decision‑making.
