AI Engineer (Healthcare)

About the role

AI Singapore, hosted at Nanyang Technological University, is looking for an AI Engineer focused on healthcare applications. You will develop and fine‑tune foundation models that support medical use cases, working closely with researchers and clinical partners.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development of medical‑domain foundation models.
• Fine‑tune and evaluate large language models for primary‑care applications.
• Design and run distributed training workflows for large language models.
• Collaborate on building reliable and scalable AI systems.
• Contribute to model improvement, experimentation, and deployment.

Required profile

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Hands‑on experience building and evaluating machine‑learning and large‑language‑model solutions.
• Strong programming proficiency in Python and deep‑learning frameworks.
