AI Product Manager

About the role

NCS, an AI tech services company and subsidiary of the Singtel Group, is looking for an AI Product Manager in Singapore. You will lead the development and launch of AI-powered products, working at the intersection of research, engineering, design and business to turn advanced AI/ML capabilities into user-centred experiences. You will guide products from concept through prototyping, launch and ongoing iteration.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and define AI product opportunities by exploring user needs, market gaps and emerging research trends.
• Collaborate with research and engineering teams to turn AI breakthroughs into intuitive product features.
• Drive the full product lifecycle: ideation, prototyping, technical scoping, launch, iteration and roadmap planning.
• Incorporate data, research and market analysis into product strategy and roadmaps.
• Align product requirements with technical constraints, model performance and partner needs.
• Develop clear narratives and positioning for internal stakeholders and customers.
• Champion responsible AI practices so product decisions align with ethical standards and user trust.

Required profile

• 8+ years of overall product management experience.
• Proven track record of bringing AI/ML products from concept to market.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, UX/UI, research, legal, marketing and other stakeholders.
• Experience building 0-to-1 products in fast-paced or entrepreneurial environments.
• Strong technical foundation in software development, machine learning or engineering, able to engage deeply with technical teams.
• Ability to map emerging AI models and research to practical, scalable product opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to craft compelling product narratives.

Preferred

• Familiarity with Telco products.
• Experience in business process reengineering and organisational transformation.
