AI Pursuit Strategic Account Manager

About the role

Arista Networks is seeking a senior, consultative AI Pursuit Strategic Account Manager to drive AI‑infrastructure growth across its largest strategic customers in the ASEAN region. You will act as the primary champion for customers’ AI and high‑performance networking needs, aligning Arista’s technical resources to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by expanding Arista’s AI‑ready portfolio within a named list of major accounts, focusing on high‑scale AI projects and Neocloud providers.
• Lead consultative solution selling for AI‑driven workloads, promoting high‑speed switching platforms (400G/800G), automated network operating systems and advanced telemetry.
• Engage C‑level executives and key influencers to present value propositions centered on AI efficiency and scale.
• Partner with Pre‑Sales Engineers to design architectures that optimise job completion time and performance for AI clusters.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners and specialised channel partners to deliver integrated AI solutions.
• Develop tactical account plans, conduct demand‑generation events and stay current on emerging AI infrastructure trends.

Required profile

• 10+ years of enterprise sales experience with a proven record of closing multi‑million‑dollar deals in cloud, AI or high‑performance networking.
• Deep understanding of Neocloud dynamics, GPU‑compute‑storage triad and AI workload optimisation.
• Established relationships with C‑level and infrastructure decision‑makers across the ASEAN territory.
• Strong executive‑level communication, negotiation and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to operate autonomously in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.
