APAC Regional Talent Acquisition Director – Manufacturing & Supply Chain

About the role

The Director of Talent Acquisition for the APAC region will shape and execute the hiring strategy for Manufacturing and Supply Chain (MSC) professional roles across multiple countries. Reporting to senior leadership, this role partners with business heads and HR Business Partners to ensure the organization attracts, selects and retains high‑quality talent in a scalable, cost‑effective manner.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a multi‑year talent acquisition strategy aligned with MSC business priorities.
• Build, lead and develop a high‑performing, regionally distributed recruiting team.
• Oversee end‑to‑end professional hiring delivery, ensuring consistent service levels and strong hiring outcomes.
• Drive adoption of a standardized recruiting operating model, tools and processes across APAC.
• Design proactive sourcing and pipeline strategies to secure diverse talent for current and future needs.
• Act as a strategic workforce advisor to senior leaders, providing data‑driven insights and market intelligence.
• Partner with branding teams to enhance employer brand and deliver a superior candidate experience.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in talent acquisition, preferably within manufacturing or supply chain environments.
• Demonstrated ability to create and execute regional hiring strategies that balance speed, quality, diversity and cost.
• Strong partnership skills with senior business leaders and HR stakeholders.
• Data‑oriented mindset with experience using analytics to improve hiring performance.
• Track record of building and leading distributed recruiting teams.
