Application Lead

About the role
The Application Lead is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of both on‑premises and cloud/SaaS applications across the organization. This role acts as a technical subject‑matter expert, coordinating with vendors and internal teams to deliver reliable application services.
Key responsibilities
- Provide support for on‑premises and cloud/SaaS applications, including vendor coordination.
- Maintain and troubleshoot SQL Server and Azure SQL databases.
- Support reporting solutions using SQL, Crystal Reports, Excel, and Power BI.
- Create and maintain technical and functional documentation.
- Manage change requests, act as SME on projects, and keep the knowledge base up to date.
- Identify and implement improvements to internal systems and business processes.
Required profile
- Proven experience in application support and database administration.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
