Architect – Hospital Planning & Design

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Architect to lead hospital planning and design projects across our Medical Tower. The role involves translating clinical and operational requirements into functional space layouts, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and supporting the fit‑out process.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and review space planning layouts for clinical and non‑clinical tenants, conduct test‑fit exercises and present planning options.
• Facilitate planning meetings with clinical users and consultants, capture requirements, and produce accurate minutes and action items.
• Prepare presentation slides, planning reports and design briefs to communicate recommendations to senior management.
• Review architectural drawings for compliance with local building codes and Healthcare Facility Design Standards, and coordinate FF&E requirements.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture.
• Proven experience in hospital or healthcare facility planning and design.
• Strong ability to engage with clinical users and translate complex requirements into clear design solutions.
